DB is the new Porridge. Cause most of the mods must be sucking his cock ..... Or his giving them some oral help? How else can you explain it?

Cheers matie, yer, apparently it hurt more than I thought, my elbow kept hurting still, so an x-ray today showed it's chipped. I have a new respect for armour, hate to think what if not wearing it.

I not too sure on Dyno costs, I think it depends where you go. They charge hourly rates at some places on top of the Dyno use, I know of people that have spent $3-400 on getting their mapping sorted tho.

Check ya Throttle air bleed mixtures should be approx 2-1/2 turns out front 2 turns out rear also check vac lines from sensors haven't cracked . Look at the plugs as well they should be NGK DCPR9E or Platinum tipped ones DCPR9EVX . I am using these & are noticeably better with starting etc

starter relay, tipover sensor, or could be sidestand switch,(these i would check 1st).Aprilia have issues with poor r.brake aswell as clutch issues.. they will constantly need bleed,n (the slave seal usually fails).Be very carefull over cranking on a flat battery, it will cause sprag clutch failure! Sorry to rain on your parade, just a heads up.

    Just found this thread!
What Sensei says.... but I would also check starter soleniod. Sounds like that could be the problem. Thats what mine was with exactly the same sounding symptoms. Cheap fix if thats the case.
The Aprilia forum as Sensei told you is bloody good!
