    08 rmz450

Scott411 had the inside info....and yes, it's a 5 speed with fuel injection.

So....who wants my mint 05? It's done a total of 10 hours, has a new top end (piston, rings, valve springs and seals). I've got an un touched spares kit, and spare front and rear guards etc.

For off road use, the four speed was fine for me...but for motard etc...the 5 speeder will help.

I alway love how years come early in the motor industry - 08 in 07 etc.

As opposed to the years for women and mature people like me, we like to think they tick over slowly.
    Cheers

The manual states 10hrs for piston life. That's ok if you're riding/racing at National level....but for us mere mortals...it's way over the top.

The reason I replaced mine was that I was about to race it in Motard @ Wanganui. Because it's geared to the moon, and I rev the fucking tits off it road racing it, it's not worth the risk of having the thing shit its self.

Better safe than sorry. The piston I pulled out looks like new, so I've kept it as a spare.

Sure is SEXY. I'll only get one if I off load mine. IF not, when I get back from the States I'll purchase your Yoshi kit....if you still have it that is.
