Learner Licence specialist question?

Hi all,

I've come across a couple of what i believe to be trick questions in the motorcycle road.

Can people please help me with the answers to these.

Which brake is the MOST POWERFUL on a motorcycle?????
a.rear
b.front.
c.both

Which is the most effective brake on a motorcycle
a.front
b.rear.
c.the engine

I assume the answer to the second question is a. please correct me if im wrong

Oh it's all so confusing. I HATE how the road code people do that. Damn ambiguous question. Al Qaeda would sort em out.

You will notice that there are a few questions that mean the same thing but asked in a different way...just have to read the questions thouroughly

i agree. infact thats the answers i gave to both similar questions in my test and got correct.
but surely with a bike like a cbr250rr, one would assume you already obtain a licence??

thats not necessarily true...I had my VT for over a year and have only recently got my learners and starting to ride

More specifically

Braking

* Your brakes are the most important part on your motorcycle. Always check them before you ride.
* Your most effective brake is your front brake, but the most effective way to bring your motorcycle to a stop is to use the front and rear brakes together. Use both brakes every time you slow down or stop.
* Overbraking one or both wheels is one of the most common causes of skidding.

yes true but i'm a dive head in first time person doing some casual riding around the neighbourhood made it very easy for me to get me basic handling cert, I have quite a bit of experience on motoX bikes hence the reason of pre learners bike purchase

No, based on that, the answer is still front.

"Your most effective brake is your front brake"

If the question was which brake(s) would you use to stop the most effectively...
