What you do is cut it into 3cm blocks and drop them into the tank.

can anyone tell me if Korere-tophouse road from Kikiwa to SH6 is sealed or not? trying to plan a loop minimising any sealed roads.

Yes, it's sealed... it's the main connection from Nelson to St Arnaud & the Rainbow skifield.

Tophouse Rd, connecting those two roads, is unsealed.
    Cheers,

I think you're thinking of Kerr Hill Rd which is the main rd back to nelson from Kikiwa, Tophouse-korere rd tees off just down from the substation at Kikiwa. (according to google maps).

Sorry, getting my SHs mixed up.

Korere-Tophouse Rd is sealed from SH63 to Kikiwa at the junction of Kerrs Hill Rd, which connects it to Golden Downs (at Valley & Stock Rds).

Not absolutely sure, but I think the stretch you're after is sealed. Definitely is, if that is the one that while heading south is a surprise really sharp TR at the bottom of some hilly twisties - like a 135 degree turn. If it is the one I'm thinking of, it is a great road on a fast with no .

    (I found this via google.)
    Cheers,
    Colin

Took my DRZ400 SM for its first warrant today, 2200km, and failed...on a low beam that dips to the right instead of the left. Apparently Suzuki will fix for free, but it kinda explains why they were cheap last year, cancelled european order?

Hi all, looks like Javahead and jezza will be down next weekend to give the safari bike a good run. At this stage we will be having pizza/drinks at the "Tap" in mapua on the friday night if anyone wants to catch up and talk bikes etc.

The guys get into picton around 5.30pm so should be in mapua around 7.30ish, possibly the best chance you'll have to check out a "real rally(e)" bike in the flesh.

Hey mr jatz, I have just clicked to who Ive been waving to on the Triumph as we pass going to work in the mornings, what have you done to the BIG ?. my dr clocked all the sevens as I arrived home this evening.
I recon it is just about time to fit the little fairing back on the dr for the winter commute.

It's also about time we finished off the other side of the Cob ride too.
