To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded

Congrats to all three of you Boob, hope it all goes well.

Did the "gerbal" and the Spiderman suit in your avatar have any part in the plan?

Fantastic news, totally stoked for you.

Now, the thing is, you've done all the hard work up to this point, Mrs BJ has to carry the baby around for a while, and then you have to do all the breathing and stuff when she/he is born (and take the abuse!).

Seriously, great news. Be a great Christmas present for you both.
It’s diametrically opposed to the sanitised existence of the Lemmings around me in the Dilbert Cartoon hell I live in; it’s life at full volume, perfect colour with high resolution and 10,000 watts of amplification.

    Congrats to all.

You'll need to give your sweetheart an IOU on a few bottles of her favourite drop, for when she can partake.

He he, I went to the gym yesterday, that felt a lot more manly than it usually does

That's a great suggestion, ill be sure to use that line when I want to go out for a beer with the lads while she's bare foot & pregnant

ps: must remember to keep her away from this thread

Congrats mate! That's excellent news!! We're currently eagerly awaiting the arrival of our first... Due on Tuesday, so could be anytime now!!

    Keep up informed eh?

I reckon there's a market for baby-bike-gear... the best I've come up to date with are attaching magnets on the front of a baby leather jacket and plonking on the tank, like a tank bag...

Or harness to yourself under leathers? :
