yo i got some indicators, big ugly front light and tail light you can have if you wanna pay for a courier, indicators from rg150, and lights from spada..
Right, here's a brief idea of the bits that i've got lying around. Turns out that the boxes that I got with my Track Bike contained more than I thought.
We've got:
Frame
Engine (Don't know if it runs or what though)
Swingarm
Shock & Shock Linkage
Forks
Rear Brake with Resoviour
Bars and stems
Radiator and Fan
Muffler & Headers
Airbox
Carbs
Chain
Pegs
Wheels Hubs & Axle bolts
Throttle, Clutch & Brake cables
Wiring Loom
CDI
Kickstand
And some other odds and sods.
I was planning on spending a year and slowly putting bits together, so 2 months is a project and a half.
Nice to finally meet you Lula. Sorry my Photography is rubbish.

Right so I head over to Gubb's place tonight to check out this GSX400X. It's a complete re-build and I'm not kidding.
There is nothing on the frame, there are boxes with wires, header, oil hoses, rear sprocket, chain, rear shock, carb, CDI unit, forks, handle grips, are you getting the idea? And then I find myself and Gubb staring at the engine that is sitting on the garage floor wondering if the thing would have a pulse should geestring and I hook it up to its vital organs?
At this stage there are still options A) we take Gubb's kind offer with the GSX400 and work furiously every night to put it together, with the possibility of finding the engine is ceased, then head to the Cold Kiwi ratless and watch everyone else riding their bikes up the hill climb and pop tyres, or B) we continue our search for another project that is more intact and we know the engine is going to fire up.
Help me obi wan kenobi . . .

If you take the cover off the end of the crank you can wind it over using a big spanner & see if it is seized, you can do a crude compression test in the same manner.
Ask Gubb to contact the previous owner & ask what he remembers of the spare engine. If he has already blown it then this isn't the project for you.
You don't NEED all the wiring , just the essential wires to make it go ...... headlight, indicators ETC are not required... but as no one knows which wires are for what expect some issues in that area.
