What a wicked event! This is great for NZ motorcycling and there was plenty of interest from the media department so I'd be expecting to see another event next year.
Well done to Rory Mead who picked up first prize, also good to see some international riders. Check out my coverage in the July issue of Motorcycle Trader. Oh and I got to meet Jesus! (from Mexico).

WOW what an event credit to everyone that was there spent more time under the bike than on it, blew the AWD on the practise lap, over torqued the safety clutch the night before and blew a shaft did the race in single wheel finished last but still in one piece, Was a good day now to fix bike for wires tomorrow.

    Credit to the organizers

Great event - saw Oldguy several rows ahead in the stands and a few other familiar faces.

Took the spawn and my Dad, who enjoyed himself a lot. For my Dad to enjoy bikes is saying a lot!

great event - well done to the riders, there'd be some sore bodies tomorrow, hope the dude who came off the KTM on the log ramp is okay, big fall, he got carted away in one of the early heats.

Are there offical results posted anywhere? would have been good to have had a riders list.

He was pitting close to me- he was on some good pain relief when we saw him last- getting shoved into an ambulance. broken ankle, real glad that he had just taken a big fat accident policy for him and his wife! - she had fallen 3 days earlier and had a collar around her neck!
Retired- just some guy with a few bikes......
