I'm certain that my smoking around 15 a day has managed to keep Swine Flu at bay. One person very close to me was confirmed with Swine Flu today and my boss has been in isolation since Tuesday, these people don't smoke at all. I haven't showed any symptoms all week. I'll keep on smoking, just to be safe.

That's the key - if you don't want to quit then don't even bother trying! The stress of repeated failure will do you more harm.

i dont think you understand .. it is one of the things in my life that i enjoy.. along with a nice glass of Single Malt ( at LEAST half my age) , a fat Cuban Cigar , a Burrito the size of my Forearm and a spirited blast through the hills on one of my bikes.

i dont want to quit because im scared of failure .. i dont want to quit because i like it...

nothing worse than an Ex Smoker anyway ( Except French Canadians)

I was going to point out a list of things that is worse than French Canadians. But after a serious length of time, I'm still drawing a blank...
It’s diametrically opposed to the sanitised existence of the Lemmings around me in the Dilbert Cartoon hell I live in; it’s life at full volume, perfect colour with high resolution and 10,000 watts of amplification.
