Yeah not that buzzed about the wind, i'd go with this option I reckon.

As above, you could always do a shorter rider later, wait and see if the wind does die down.

It a very heavy wind here, that in it's self ain't quite so bad but through the f'ing heavy gusts that join about every 15 seconds and i'm not that keen at the moment. If you get caught out in this and add some rain with this high wind could blow in in the drop of a hat and it could end up being one nasty/dangerous ride, sounds like a lot of what if's but given the time of year highly possible, at least if the wind dropped considerably rain would during the ride would'nt mean squat in the larger picture.

Just stepped outside to get firewood, i'd be really stupid to get on a bike right now, fark me it blowing a like forty thousand barstards out there. Good luck if you decide to ride..
