What time you heading down then?
I have to work, finish at 1600 but by the time I get home, send the kids away it will be approx 1900-1930 leaving Te Aroha...
I will be all packed the night before...

Meeting up with Clint at his place on friday arvo and riding from Minginui through the Kaiangaroa forest to the pub ( just love those off road sections and that 1 is a goody

I just called and confirmed my booking at Rangi Pub, I think.

Anyone else get the feeling the lady who answers the phone is not quite with it, that or is she just a very happy person?

I rang in the evening, Friday, got the owner, she was nice...
Lives here in town, they just bought it. Maybe you got the residue, yes...
I was told the previous owner was a P addict and he scared everyone away, is this right?

Yep, just checked, for Friday I still have a cabin booked, the bar will be open & the kitchen will be cooking

The long range weather forecast even looks great. Not that it's much more than a wild guess 5 days out.

Now all I've got to do is sort out a couple of very minor jobs on the bike...

there possably getting a years wages in one night, so she my be quite a happy lady.....
