It does when cold (with a little coughing and spluttering to expected from a cold bike being revved out with the choke on). But once warm it won't rev even with the choke.

Mine did that the other day after raising the needle. it was the diaphragm not seated proper when I put the top back on the carb. Possible vacuum issues??

warewolf you should still have my 15 mm spanner from the first shed night.
I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........

Carb is being disassembled today - there was a few perish lines in the diaphragm when we pulled it apart at the first shed night.

Yep, got a new clutch cable to lube then install, hopefully someone can help me through it! (for a start the straw on the WD40 can is too big to go in the hole of the luber tool)

No worries, also have a lube gadget that works.

You know you have to put the straw in before you tighten the clamp around the hose, eh?
    Cheers,

I won't be bringing the bike tomorrow night, it pooed itself when I was up the lake earlier today, had to get it trailered back.

For those that are interested...I've got drag bars on my Shanyang now! Looks pretty cool, after a round headlight with room for a wiring loom in the back now if anyone has one around the place

And I don't want to talk about my DR250...$1900 + estimated $200 to get the stator rewound.
