I don't understand it actually! I met you Carver and you seem like a pretty good guy to me plus I applaud your stunt, so why are you defending it? Surely you will man up in court by yourself and say"yes your honour twas me, I did it cos it was there" and take the token fine like a man. You knew when you did it that the cops would come and talk to you, so do yourself a favour and fess up. You will get much more respect and can spend this little fund on a celebration! Not being negative here, just realistic. IMO
Only a Rat can win a Rat Race!
Dangerous use of a motor vehicle is only a motoring offence innit? It's not like you will get a crminal conviction from it anyway. Fine will be prolly be less than legal expenses.
In space, no one can smell your fart.
Nope... they have file breifers who sit in the office all day, every day, paid well for briefing files. The cop will be out on patrol, still.......
Carefully planned? Nope. Authorities weren't advised, no safety, no first aid/Ambo as a precaution, nothing. Perfectly executed? Yep...
Common sense. Guns don't have a sign "Don't shoot yourself in the head or you may die" either....
But then again, they do have warning signs on cling wrap plastic, saying "don't place over your face or head, as suffocation may result..." No shit Sherlock....
Organisation, and non organised, is the clear difference.
By driving up there, he, as a "member of the public," made it "accessable to the public."
A "bridge" is a "road." A "bridge" includes the structure, I believe.... But I could be wrong.....
Well said that man... Ooops... Chickie babe.....
No diversion. Carries disqualification, so no diversion.
