Probably best to do this on the weekend as there is limited access during the week.
Yes, that's Tapawera and Mt Arthur in the background, so this was taken somewhere higher around that area.
The closest similar picture, not neccessarily the exact spot, will win.

Anyway i fell off on the previous two attempts at the hill, on the third i made it up (albeit with some minor "issues" at the top) maybe we need to arrange an adv bike lap of the track in the near future?

I think I's close enough, so here's the new tag, a nice in and out the same way ride, the first gate you go through is immediately after a corner, so kind of sneaks up on you.Ignore the "private property" written in biro next to the second gate, the road/track is public 'till it finishes at the park boundry IIRC
