Apparently wearing jandals, no gloves (better for texting I suppose), but what appears to be an expensive BMW jacket.

    Priorities, eh?

Have you tried texting on a bike with your gloves on, fuck me it's tricky, especially if you're right handed

cant use cellphones in the car now, so that evidence was collected illegally.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

Not necessarily, it could have been taken by a digital camera, that's still legal. Or taken out of an office window.

Yep - I got pulled over last week in the car - dicking around with my iPhone, by a mufti cop - I had it plugged into my cassette deck playing tunes - I told the cop it was an iPod and he said, no sweat, he thought I was txting. Let me go without as much as a warning.

Which basically just goes to show the law is a complete ass.

If the speed limit wasn't 80km/h, then the rider wouldn't have become so bored.

It seems to me that they need to raise the speed limit if they want to avoid this sort of thing.
The greatest pleasure of my recent life has been speed on the road. . . . I lose detail at even moderate speed but gain comprehension. . . . I could write for hours on the lustfulness of moving swiftly.

Maybe it was a guy on a rental BMW?

A tourist mate showed up at our place a while back wearing an Arai, a Hein Gericke jacket and board shorts. Not all his luggage showed up. I loaned him some overtrou and boots. Eventually the rest of the suitcases turned up when he was down south.

I thought the pic was a bit odd.

He's riding a BMW, wearing a BMW lid and a BMW jacket. While the bike isn't that expensive it's not a shitter and as gear goes the jacket and helmet pretty are up there in cost.

Given they've got all the matching BMW bike and gear you could also stereotype that they consider themselves a safe and steady rider/pipes and slippers type.

Why would someone who's shelled out all that money on BMW branded gear then ride with no gloves and in jandals. It doesn't add up to me.
