As long as it doesn't disolve when exposed to fuel vapour. Could be a sticky mess if it does.
I have heard of ping pong balls used to reduce volumes in the past. Think it was to get the max possible fuel load in a tank down to legal levels but not 100% sure
Does gap filler disolve and is it flamable.............hadn't thought that through, still the ping-pong balls idea looks good.
yep ping pong balls look good, you could number them & take side bets on which one gets sucked into the inlet?

Started setting up the new motor with its plenum, test run Friday hopefully.

i wouldnt have a clue, dont realy keep tabs on who is on and off the track,
not with my bike....hahaha ive got lots of reliablitiy but 14 horse power..lol
