Awesome ride today even though i almost pee my pants when i was riding on the gravel. First time on a gravel road like this. It was scary but woohooo I did it. Nice to see everyone today... today's ride totally took away my stress mind for a while. But now I am back to my stupid essay!!!!!!

gravel? there was gravel? You mean those wee rolly things? nah thats not gravel, sport bikes I dont know! You need a heavy old clunker, they barely even notice the stuff. that and the fact that if I drop him, it really doesnt matter as he's a rat bike already. Whats a few more dents or something else falling off? Not like your flash bikes that get written off if the plastic breaks.

Wouldnt you know it? I got all the way around without losing anyone, got to the pub-still not lost, rode off home, promptly missed and ended up exploring streets Ive not seen before. From now on Im taking my map book with me, bloody welly hills, all look the same to me.

    absolutley!
A good chance I'd wreck it tho, things electronic lie in wait until I get to them, then they get feral on me and don't do what they are meant to.

A very bright and sunny evening around the bays. With daylight saving closing down soon we made it in time to reap the benefit of a truly beautiful coastline and harbour. Thanks for your company and here is the:

Yip, thoroughly enjoyed last nights ride.

Thanks to RevDJ for the props on being able to Emergency brake safetly, compliments
like that make me feel I am doing things right.

Almost lowsided on the gravel, that was fun! dunno how I straighten her back up but did.

Was a blast coming back home too, I ride the route (Wgtn to Wainuiomata) every day
and doing it at night makes you focus that much harder and pay alot more attention, well at least I do.

Wearing motorcycle pants was different too, way different than standard jeans.

All in all I am loving these rides as it gets me spending more time on my pony!

    Cheers all

The gravel is still there and hasn't changed but how are those new pants now - changed any?

Glad you enjoyed the ride Clint, and thanks again to Dave, I appreciate it.
