I was in my sarcastic post, levelling that all c50 riders were fuckwits based on my experience in said sarcasm, but in fact should that be a real situation and I had overtaken on yellow lines and barged in on another rider/car what ever I would be the fuckwit.

Likewise the guy said the cop was a fuckwit, but as he didn't justify his statement and explain the circumstances, and it seems some just love to abuse the police, it could well have been he that was the fuckwit not the police officer
Don't judge me based upon your ignorance.

You know very well that i actualy think cops are fuckers....but iam trying to explain it to myself by blaming it on remote possibility that my bike attracts their attention or something. (so maybe if i rode katana or similar "classic" they will leave me alone?)

    Probably not.

You'd probably still be the same fuckwit who attracts attention.

Feel free to prove me otherwise....(no more softcock "cry me a river" videos please!)
I find it hard to believe that in ten years you have not meet at least one decent cop, oh hang on perhaps you meet them in non "social / friendly" circumstances, been locked up a few times have ya?
As to the plate mount, I'm not familiar with that, but had I purchased something that needed to meet road legal status for the Honda, from their NZ agent and it turned out it wasn't, I'd be less than impressed. You probably would have some grounds for seeking compensation from the dealer under the consumer guarantees act, or via the disputes tribunal, but hay it wasn't the cops fault he was just doing his job.

Yeah, it could well have been. However, that is his reality. He thinks that cop is a fuckwit, probably a few, or maybe many, others do too. It's an unpopular job, that hasn't changed since they nailed the J man to the cross. Those dudes were only enforcing policy too.

BTW, it wasn't sarcasm, it was a flight of fantasy.
    Keep on chooglin'

As per some of my previous posts..i have met one decent cop, ok correction two....one gave me discount from 70 to under 65km/h (so $80 instead of $120) and another didnt give me "no L plate" ticket when he could have while riding my Bandit while still on Learners...both happened almost 5 years ago.
So there since then only fuckers!!!!!

Also i did dispute it via correspondence....supplied explanation and photos that the rego plate is actualy not obscured and visible and that it was not intentional + bought in NZ + got WOF but cops didnt want to have a bar of that!
So i went to Honda - Cyclespot and was told they sold at least 10+ of those and iam first one to get ticket...ever!

Who should i beleive...so there, my reasons for bagging/painting all cops with same brush!

(of course there is media potrait of NZ police + IPCA findings that didnt help either)

OK so spend $20 lodge a claim for the cost of the fine and refund of the mount with the disputes tribunal, take the letter from the police and present that as your evidence - assuming you fitted it correctly, and you will have a pretty good chance of winning.

Ok cool thanks for the idea, might actualy do that...btw honda fitted the mount, together with yoshi pipe etc.

BTW it wasnt the ticket that made me think A868 is a dick...it was his first words he said when i got off the bike (helmet off, key off, holding licence in my hand...)...."have i stopped you for the plate before???" no good morning nothing...and when i said no, i bought it just recently he grabed my lincence and started to write ticket and proceeded to tell me bike owner name and my lincence name doesnt match etc. (carjam later confirmed that he was make some bulshit up) clearly just not interested in "human" side of the story...

Either way watern under the bridge now... as i said NZ police feel free to prove me otherwise...

Problem is the Guy on the C50T was in my way, I'd just overtaken a truck on double yellow lines and he was riding in the space I needed to pull back into in a hurry and just wouldn't get out of my way, then he had the bloody nerve to give me the fingers. He was a fuckwit wasn't he.

That "innocent young guy" was in fact a car thief and got arrested and successfully prosecuted for theft, you know, the same "thieving scum" that everyone on here goes on about and that the police never catch. The reason for the "harassment" was to engage in conversation to allow time for other police to turn up.

The way I see it is there's traffic and others. Others do a bang up job, traffic sully the force. Traffic hate the others, and the others hate traffic. I also believe that police hierarchy have a mis guided understanding on what really occurring on the roads and quite frankly are not interested.

I got a ticket for doing 94 on the motorway, at midnight (and empty). fair cop? I was speeding (aside from the 120km/hr design of road..). But i was treated like i was the worst criminal in the world, a full wof inspection on my motorbike and an egoistic attitude like i'd never seen before. If i spoke to my workmates (aside from joking) like that i'd be sacked on the spot for serious misconduct. Stuff em!
Strangely enough this has happened to me 4 out the 5 times I've spoken with an Officer in the last 5 years...

I respect the majority & the thankless (usually; as proven here) duties they perform for our society but, I really think that 'Traffic' needs to be seperated from the moniker 'Police' cos some of these geezers on the road are just absolute nutters!!

Lets give them a Black & Lime coloured uniform so we can identify them 'Dark' & 'Cowardly' people acting up us self serving supercilious nut fuckers...

Though I have to admit outside of that brief rant... Police chicks I've met are kinda hot
If I had a GF I'd like only ride 5 times a week!
