    Trolling, much??????????

Finding someone who didn't want to be found, in 5 days - that's actually pretty good going.

    Charges dropped-wtf!!!

A prosecutor said Thursday he is dropping drunken driving charges against an Indianapolis police officer accused in a crash that killed a motorcyclist because the officer's blood test wasn't properly obtained.
They look after their own dont they!!!!

Yeah because I bet that's never happened to anyone else but Police in the whole wide world

    Kichaha beat me to it.

People have got off drink drive charges because:
-they only had 9.59 minutes to think about calling a lawyer, not 10 minutes... that 1 second makes a difference.... apparently.....
-the mouthpiece was connected before the start button was pushed (has no bearing on the breath result by the way)
-the manufacturers specifications for the machine were not supplied (breach of copyright stuff)
-the label came off the sealed bottle inside the sealed package, delivered by courier, as it was "possibly" tampered with...
    -drunks couldn't contact their lawyer
-drunks talking to lawyers on the phone while Police were nearby, freely and openly, but lawyers claiming ther clients felt cops were listening in.....

And the lists go on and on... This is just a shapshot.... But most if not all "loopholes" have now been closed up

And not one of them had anything to do with the fact the driver was pissed. But they were the bad ole days.....

That's exactly how a mate of mine got off an EBA charge.

I do have to ask Patrick,

1/ did the police know the procedure for taking blood tests? & if so why wasn't it done!!!

2/ or was it just an honest mistake? because of the carnage!!!

I hope & think that's what it is in this case (2)
