I wonder if its humanly possible to get the boulevard up in a wheelie? Crasher - reckon you could help me try lol?![]()
Yes it is check this youtube
I usta be the bmx wheelie king back in the day orright. Funny thing though, my dirtbike wheelies weren't all that great, but after riding wheelieing a roady, I can do 'em pretty good now.
A question for Katman, my stats are way more non-wheelie related crashes than wheelie related ones (1) so.....does this mean I should wheelie more?

Yes... yes you should Death.
I was the same. Raced BMX, wheelied ok, took up flat land and a little ramp and got pretty good. Grew up, took up MTBs, got even better, then hit the MX and SX racing circuit and Wheelies over whoops, no probs, but long ones?? I sucked for some reason!
Now on the road bike, 1.2 km is considered a good wheelie on the way to work each morning. Love to go back to an MX bike and see if i have improved!

Was pretty crap on my KX125. Not sure if it was the suspention travel of the fact that it was a 2 Stroke. The SV as easy to get up but required good throttle control to overt hard put downs. The Gixxer is easy once its up, but getting the right amount of rpm for the clutch popping is something I need to work on.
