yep freight down south is in chaos at the moment, many companies on skeleton staff, many rail lines closing and opening, hard to judge when and if things will get through.

Looks like a simple repair and re-vin although you may be in for discs to re-vin, I thought my $2.00 bid had it for a nano second...........
If it gets near $2k I suspect it's not worth it as I would have thought $4k was a fair price for a good condition example, I can have a look at it if anyone is seriously interested.
