    We need some advise on getting Sams XR sorted for the Dusty Butt

    Any ideas for a rack so he can carry stuff?-wondering what you are going to do mattsdakar and where you got your rack from cynna

    Hi Helen,
    My bike's previous owner works with stainless steel and made the rack for it and had a matching bag/pack custom made for the rack
    I have a flat aluminium plate that I use to screw on on to my DRZ's mudguard that Sam can have if he wants, I just bungy a bike bag to it. He would need to drill a few holes in his mudguard to attach it though.
    I believe Cynna imported his rack from the states

    Matt - the plate might suit Sam perfectly, will talk to him and he might be in touch....

    just have to watch how much weight you put on it as the xr hasnt got the strongest subframe. i manage to bungy my bag, tent, sleeping bag and sleeping mat to it with no problem
