    And yeah, I agree with Kick, it was the 851 and the birth of WSBK where a twin cylinder Ducati was winning races against the Japanese stuff that maybe the Bears class suddenly didnt seem to sit quite right. The fastest bikes were no longer the Japanese brands. Wont most of those old original Bears bikes up norf be able to race in Pre 82 / Pre 89 ?

    i was actually constantly running 32s, 33s on the rg. i would of been faster except my size put me at a disadvantage. i was running 25s,26s at the start of the year until a big crash which led to a lack of confidence which is when i was doing 28s
