Then I found road racing!!! Dont wait till your too old like I did, flag riding proper bikes on the road and bring them to the track
Too old???? Jeez if your first road bike was an R6 when you were 20 then I doubt your over 30 ...

Apparently his leg is large enough to kick a 47 foot Norton International

    I'm 24 and have a CBR250R, my boyfriend is 25 and has a Hyosung...
I know quite a few people of similar age that ride 'decent' bikes.

I find the only younger guys all use those bloody ugly ex250 ninja and hyosung bikes...

Are there no younger guys riding proper bikes out there?

Take the poll, let's find out!
A part might be the cost of a bike

    Does 26 count as young?

RMZ450 and GSXR750 (started at 15 on XR100, a few bike gap years while at uni)

Had the RMZ for a couple of years now and can get it moving pretty quick and over some more interesting terrain: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1t2RRqyakE

    I am 26.

Ride a Suzuki Boulevard m50z. Been riding a little over a year and a half and just past through 32000k's between my 250 and my current bike.

There is no going back now - my world has 100% changed because of bikes. My only wish is that I had still discoved it a bit younger. No time like the present right?

Can't be arsed reading the whole thread and someone may have already made the point ... but ... if this poll result is broadly representative of the motorcycling demographic over the country then it's not surprising that middle aged (men) make up an overwhelming proportion of biker deaths because middle aged (men) are the largest group within the motorcycling demographic.

I mean, if it turned out that 54% of fatal accidents involved riders over 40 years of age then that doesn't indicate we're more at risk because according to this poll (at present), 54% of bikers are aged over 40.

    Compensating? At your age?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

My dick must be HUGE then as my FZR400 doesn't even have all the factory parts let alone aftermarket ones. Really needs all the frame bolts........ but if I get all of them you guys won't consider me dangerous anymore. Not on the POS I ride.

Most dangerous bikes ever. Those whom don't know why catch a bike taxi in Shanghai. Makes Rossi look like a little school girl wearing a frilly dress.

At +45 It's actually inverse. The percentage of old fuckers accessing ACC is below average. Kinda makes a mess of the whole middle-aged-crises-returning-biker-accident-waiting-to-happen thing, y'know?

Can't think why that should surprise anyone, these are mostly guys that failed to kill themselves the first time around, and presumably learned something in the process.

Except me. I never learned fuck all. I'm just unnaturally lucky.

Been riding for 33+ years though. Oh, and not the exception in the "circles" I ride in....

Wouldn't say it is Ugly...... It is a matter of taste.

Well if no-one else is going to say it...

If you got out a bit and stopped riding in circles you may change your tune.
