    Now testing 16/47...
I thought it looked like you had changed the rear sproket.

Not to sure about the bouncy castle type thing you've got perched on top of your bike though But the front gaurd looks the shiz

The 2l challenge? any takers on 4l? If its 80km to Pelorous and back wouldn't 4litres be more sensible. I would be surprised if anyone made it back on 4 litres.

But if all in agreeance then I will front up with 2 litres, all of which will be below the fuel tap inlet.
I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........

    Right. Maungatapu testing done...
16/47 is the good adventure gearing.
15/47 will take it to the same as 16/50 for trail riding.

    24km/L day-to-day riding on 16/47.
18km/L or so on the DR.

2L means most will cough and die on the flats fairly close to Pelorus and not in the rocky sections where it would not be that nice to experience.

    Maybe 3L?

Have you somehow collected a pile of roadsigns or do you have to go 'shopping' at the end of your street every time you get a new bike

This one is dated 2005. Looks like it's had quite a fold through it and been straightened and retired.

May not stop casing out damage but will stop stone and rock off front wheel damage.

It's going to be held on with 1 bolt at the front and a handful of zip ties.
