9/11 conspiracy debate

Far out! 18 pages! So to sum up;

1, Some planes may have actually or just appeared to hit some buildings in an impossibly difficult way!
2, Said planes possibly are still flying up until recently, passengers not necessarily accounted for.
3, Buildings hit and demolished don't tally up with number of planes that may or may not have been involved.
4, Buildings collapse in numerous, previously unknown manners and ways not necessarily related to the alleged plane/building collisions! High end explosives may have been placed to facilitate this by any number of groups or factions. Disgruntled postal worker?
5, Parties involved are mortal enemies collaborating together to achieve an unbelievably complex and far reaching outcome.
And
6, Some motorbike riders in New Zealand have cracked it and are onto them.

Strangely it seems to help some people sleep at night if they think everything that happens is part of a master plan and conspiracy and not a series of random events, with a few bizarre coincidences thrown in.

What is a conspiracy? I always took it as: "A secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful."

9:05: After brief introductions to the Booker elementary students, President Bush is about to begin reading The Pet Goat with the students when Chief of Staff Andrew Card interrupts to whisper to the president, "A second plane hit the second tower. America is under attack."[10] The president stated later that he decided to continue the lesson rather than alarm the students.

Now, if he saw the second plane hit the second tower, then why did he then immediately enter a classroom and start reading "The Pet Goat"? Does that make any sense?

If he saw it, then why did Andrew Carl need to tell it to him? The fact that he is not very smart is well known, but is he actually retarded?

I don´t tell myself lies Maki, I believe that terrorist extremists "conspired" to hijack some aircraft and use them on kamakazi missions. I don´t believe the alternative "conspiracy" theory that the American government attacked themselves as an excuse to start a war. I don´t believe that the Planes were holograms, or that extra explosives were used to bring down the towers. If explosives were used why not blame the terrorists for that as well? Makes no sense to only blame part of the attack on the terrorists. If it was a missile attack on the Pentagon why say it was an airliner - an attack is an attack wouldn´t have made any difference if it was a plane or a missile to the public.

To me the idea that the motive was an excuse to go to war in order to gain control of oil reserves in the middle east seems more plausible than the "he hated their freedom" idea but that still does not necessarily point in the direction of the American government.

To me this is all still veiled by fog and the convenient explanations that most seem to believe in hold no water.

That was pretty quick, wasn't it? Particularly when you consider the fact that even now no convincing proof has been produced to show that Bin Laden was in fact responsible.

To me the idea that the motive was an excuse to go to war in order to gain control of oil reserves in the middle east seems more plausible than the "he hated their freedom" idea but that still does not necessarily point in the direction of the American government.

I have to ask - have you looked into Bin Laden´s history? You do know this wasn´t his first attack on the US? It wasn´t about attacking Americas free way of life, he was pissed off with their continued support of Israel with weapons and intelligence for a war that has been raging for decades albiet only on TV for most of us.
