I'm into the medium and small cars.

Like I said, have narrowed it down to MM or mini

    Mrs wants Mini lol

Once upon a time the only thing a Jag was good for was powering a stockcar (the 3.8s anyway)

And before the 3.3 Victims, the 3.3 Crestas had a fair degree of success there, IIRC.

And then Chargers came along and no one else look a look in.

Remember Jack Nazers "Miss Victorious"? Went quite well.

1968 Brent Hawes, Leo Leonard. 1969 Leo Loenard Ernie Sprague.

The 3.3 engine was also a favourite about that time with the stock car drivers - no other powerplant could match it at the time and the sound of a wailing straight six sliding round the track was a symphony.

3.3 was ok, if a bit small (stock car engine size limit 3.960 litre) but real stockcars used either 3.8Jags (the driver with big wallets) or slant 6 225 Valiants. At least thats how it was at Te Marua.

But yeah, a six does sound good wound up tight
