All tonight needs is for Zeo to stay the entire night, and I'll be rightly impressed.

I'm in, but will probably pumpkin out after the main event.

@steelphoenix - that's a bummer about your wrist OOS/RSI, rest up and we'll see you again when you're ready.

Well that was an interesting night! Was a cool scene at the beginning where I was coming in to park and Gale_wolf and Wanpo roll in at the same time ... like a squadron coming into landing

The usual bollocks was talked, then off to a new designated om nom nom place. Namely an eat you can korean bbq! Mounds of pork slices, beef strips, sauteed spicy squid and pork, onion rings and a veritable selection of nibbles.

The popping oil got most of us and we ended up smelling of bbq! Mamma-san was relieved we turned up since she laid on extra food! At $17 a head, it's definitely a bargain!

Anyhow, we all stumbled out of the eatery and whilst we were gearing up, Wanpo uttered "do I need my corduras on?" I replied the weather would be a "bit of this and a bit of that".

Needless to say our ride out to Piha lookout via scenic drive meant gusty squalls of driving rain!

TOTO was in the lead and did a good pace that erred on the side of safety (always a good thing) and I was content to be TEC and watch the others trailblaze ahead of me!

At the lookout, the moon was bright and the rain subsided, we and an oncoming car were treated to the spectacle of a pants less Wanpo, his buttocks baring all as he mooned the moon in the moonlight! We were laughing so hard, none of us could snap an incriminating piccy!

And just when the laughter was subsiding, TOTO uttered how he could "kill two rocks with one bird!" damn, as Gale_wolf said "that quote and your green penguins..." killer!

From there, I pulled the pin on the usual MOMO tea forays and we all turned into pumpkins! Thanks everyone for a safe and entertaining evening!

Good meal, nice roads, plenty of laughs and a few nuts always make for a good recipe.

He shook my hand, told me to ride safely, and sent me on my way. He seemed a pretty decent sort, actually willing to listen. You rode past on the GN while I was explaining what happened.

But if you take a pillion, you'll be losing some power:weight. Would make it easier to mono though.
