And where would you like to go? Weather forecasts are looking fine (saturday not so great).Need to get out again.
Prolly not me sorry mate, got no front brakepads at the mo and need to do the calipers so I think it's maintenance weekend for me.
Akatarawas are a bit fresh from 4wds - need good tyres if going thru pram track, and some small trees also down earlier in the week - enough to f*ck with a motorbike and too big to move alone...
There are two kinds of adventurers: those who go truly hoping to find adventure and those who go secretly hoping they won't. We should come home from our adventures having faced their perils and uncertainties, endured their discomfort and beaten the odds, with a sly acknowledgment and revitalised solidarity of character.
I've still got a puddle of oil under my bike, so I guess that counts me out.
And I think I've got to freaking work......grrrrrrr![]()
What about Odlins Rd, it's an all weather track?
OK but that is a longer ride for me
The Akas are closer and muddier![]()
I'm probably heading over the Hill Sunday, possibly to ocean beach.

we certainly did that
what awesome weather - Ocean Beach in the morning, Lunch at the Lake Ferry pub with a wander east down the beach to Whangaimoana
KLR proved it really is a tractor by draging a dead beemer out of the lumpy shite back to Lake Ferry where it was parked up.
