I had a KLE500 for about a year or so, was too top heavy for me and my wheelbase was too short for it. Shame because it was soooo smooth to ride.

Some days you are the bug, some days you are the windshield

I had one and they are great bikes...swapped it with a mate for a bmw 650......great bike too.........
What got you interested in the KLE Jock? why does it appeal?
Are you after a softer adv bike?
Would the freewind be more comparable.
Are you tallish, strong enough to keep picking a more aggressive adv bike?
There basically isn't a bad adv bike- just ones with different features than others
In life as in dance Grace glides on blistered feet
You ended up buying my old bike and then almost making a profit and removing all the good bits..![]()
Not exactly.... The only things I removed were the bark busters and the Givi panniers, and it had $1500 spent on the suspension while I had it. And the paint wasn't sticky when I sold it. Now why did it end up getting repainted in the first place, hmmm?
Tempting, very tempting. If it was a post '97 with two discs on the front I'd be on the phone. But the 650 now owes me north of $3000 in bling which I am unlikely to see again if I sell it.
Nobody knows what human life is, why we come, why we go,
so why then do I know, I will see you in far off places?
