Got a short list of what I'm going to keep an eye out for, either it'll be a straight spend on a bike as it is or reduce the initial outlay and spend an equal on a bit of tinkery
The GSX is an OK bike but it was brought for the wrong reasons and as a fill-in toy, plus it was a 14yr step backwards

Yes & No it had been in the family 34yrs but the last 18 had been in the sleepout
It's a 51 D1 with 36000 original miles on it & only the 3rd owner. Had it on TM and got swamped with interest but had some cash waved under the nose elsewhere so off it went

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead
Do not walk ahead as I may not follow.
Do not walk beside me as the path is narrow
In fact FU*K off and leave me alone

Ohhh come on now Bill, you must have an idea... and is the GSX a noticable flash back in time compared to the GSss? Tell you what, I'm looking at upgrading soon, maybe you might be interested, speaking of which... here we are.

That looks suspiciously like you old mans bike though I thought about something like your mum's but as the pic show I'd be a bit like a gorilla on a tonka toy.
Playing with the idea of another GS but allow myself to go nuts with some goodies for it, bit disheartened though with my old one & what's been done to it

I'd tap that GS in dazzle red too. Much easier for U-turning coppers to see coming than bleck.

Here's my 12. She's getting a new front rubber & oil this week. Bring on spring!

TBH A license looser I can see and understand fully why D likes popping wheelies on it.....actually halfway through the wee strop we swapped bikes and he gave me a demo of making kids drag their jaw on the ground by lofting a huge one past a group
