That dude is planning on 12psi to start with, motr later. It's got all the strong internals and a big bore kit.
I'd go with 6psi on a standard motor with lowered compression, not huge boost so detonation is not a big risk and it won't throw a rod if tuned right.
Superchargers are good, but, I think I'd need a stronger crank or a crank brace.

Thoughts? I was thinking perhaps an inch out of it so it doesn't protrude so far?

You'll need to pare that back to avoid a 'blinker' effect. It's hard enough to see at night without blanking out everything that's not in a metre wide corridor directly in front of you.

Like though, heading in the right direction.

Yeah, will make it out of fiberglass or sheet metal and then do the inside, I can hide what's left of the loom in it and it looks nice and different

Looks good! and speaking of the blinkered effect, just put blinkers on one so it gives a low beam, compliance win

Pulled my front wheel off today and got the top clamp on, bars at the right height too.
The speedo drive on the ZZR wheel is 2mm too thick, so there's 2mm clearance on one side and 6mm on the speedo side (between the disk and brake mounting brackets.) So the lower part of the fork leg will need to be machined to suit I suppose Pic whore time.

Top clamp on and headlight cover/thingy sitting pretty, cable ties rule. Click image for larger version.
