Would have to be somebody from the pre 80s then, back when suspension technology was as crappy as the FZ8s is today.

"...you meet the weirdest people riding a Guzzi !!..."
Back in the twentys, when GP races were 5 hours long and track surfaces hideous, was a guy by the name of Stanley Woods who insisted on a lever throttle control so he could tie it full on once on the move!
King Kenny!
How the HELL did I forget about him
1990-Inducted into the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America
1992-Inducted into the International Motorsports Hall of Fame
1998-Inducted into the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame
2000-The FIM named him a Grand Prix "Legend"
Say's it all really!.....and to watch him ride....WOW! limitless courage and skill.
Well done Eel
.....I still say Hailwood...but then between these two...its just to bloody close to call, BOTH are not only legends to me....but childhood heros!
The hardest of the hard-bastards!
Ohh, and my Late granddad!...Flat track racer in Dunedin....known for being fearless and fast! (my original hard bastard hero!)
When Life thows me a curve
...I lean into it!
Well you've never seen me break my wrist. But I have done so. Three times now. Collar bone(s) twice. Dislocated shoulder twice. Dislocated left knee three times, broken right ankle twice. Once so badly I nearly had my foot amputated. Had to get up and hop into the ambulance too, as there was no stretcher for me. Hundreds of people would've seen that one though. I did it at Wanganui in '05' racing my RMZ450, and slammed into the bridge coming on to the front straight. Didn't boo hoo then, and never have for your information tough guy.
Yep...I find people that are beating me up badly in an argument as annoying as fuck too. Bout as annoying as people that think they know more than they do. Here's a wee pic of the ankle I destroyed for your viewing pleasure. Yep...it hurt a lot more than any broken wrist you're likely to get. Especially when I stood on it.

I thought Sue Bradford was a hard bastard, as hard as a gnarly old Totara post. I'm not sure if it's a what or a who that was ridden though.
