Don't you look at my accountant.

Mate I even offered you a race on one of those with an FXR siting in it. Turned your nose up. Factory racers aye?
17x4" rear and something else on the front.
125gp size tires work fine even though the rear rim is a little wide.
An FXR engine will go in pretty easily. The bottom rear mount works if you just put a couple of aluminium spacers in. Top rear mount can just be adapted as one side is a steel bracket and the other is aluminium. Then get your chief mechanic to weld in a cross member and support the back of the head. Easy. Now all you need to find is one of those beautiful FXRs.
I believe the correct procedure is to take it to Damon & say "Another one of these please"

Haha. Welcome to the ward man. I like the look of that South Island FXR on the earlier link.
Incorrect. The correct procedure is to make a hash of it, and then take it to Damon and say "Fix it please".
Damon did a sweet job finishing up dads bike though. Made a sweet sub frame and exhaust... And New kick starter. And stuff it here is the list:
Finished fitting engine to frame, and tidy up existing mounting.
Fitted oil cooler.
Made up new sub-frame to suit the tailpiece supplied. Fitted plastic inner rear guard and
fibreglass tailpiece. Fit various mounts to hold things. Made up nylon mounting points for
new subframe. Plastic can be removed with tailsection in place.
However, you will need two more nylon blocks to fit on subframe. All screw fittings welded in place for easy
removal of tank, plastic, guards etc. Supply various bolts.
Raised fuel tank. Modify kickstart to clear frame. Weld gear lever.
Nylon points on swingarm, welded in threaded blocks on each side to mount.
Fit nylon to each side frame and cut down alloy cast points to look better.
Header pipe/flange finished, aluminium muffler is finished.
Got to love Damon.
I was gonna race it but i didnt know which bike it was lol
What about one of these engines?

I know this one is a bit slow and small but could they work??
- Max Output KW/HP: 7.2KW 9.5HP (7500 +/- 500r/min)
- Starting: Kick start
- Transmission: 4speed Manual-N1234
Just make it hard for yourself. better to get a longchin 150 same as fishy has , MB100 would be pretty good pick or a GP125 like ese run , well documented easy to get 25hp
My neighbours diary says I have boundary issues
4 speed
but you can get lots of chinese trick parts
you would be better off getting a streat magic
could use this engine http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/moto...-414822843.htm
if you get it I could drop it off to someone at the 2 hour to bring down for you (or you could come up and watch flag lapscore or race)

Just buy an FXR and you won't look back. Unless to check how much you are beating the nearest CBR150 by. Or smelly two strokes.

Buy a decent engine FXR/Loncin/MB100... Even with some epic riding your'll still get smashed when someone has twice the horsepower as you. (i.e a laydown 4 speed pitbike engine vs a hot cam fxr)
Hey Choppa, been talking with the other guys and unfortunately they've given me the sad task of informing that you're not allowed to enter a CBR chassis if you're a fast rider. Bad luck there son.........
