all TF and TS100-125ER and DS100-125 1976 on have a reed piston port set up.no TF before 76 and TS TC were piston port only,i think all the TF gear boxes were junk TS ER 100 5 speed and 125 6 speed are ok.as for the cranks i don't know if the TF ones are the same as the TS ER ones, but they look the same as the one my 1976 RM125 and use the same rod and pin ect ,and 76-80 RM125 s use same rod set up.76 RM makes 22 hp and lives at 9-11000 rpm .rod is still ok after 6 years of riding.
Haha. Is there plenty meat on those to bore them out?
Has anyone thought about importing a Hyosung GT125R motor, boring it out to 150cc and doing some development work on it? They make 15hp at the crank stock, only down side is it's a bit of a heavy engine.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
Haha, you kids! If you ask an old fella he'll remember that the TM was the MX model that preceded the RM. A lot is made of what two random letters mean & we decide that it must mean something in English.
Before you splash out on any big bore parts make sure they are supposed to be non competition based. Ride it & see what its like anyways. Good stuff you have a motor.
Don't you look at my accountant.
