When Life thows me a curve

ah ha I get it now. The first one binned because he wasnt on a sports bike when he hit a gay bannana, the second because he was on a sports bike(if a Bandit qualifies as a sportsbike), and the third binned trying the dodge those that had binned their shoulda been on a sportsbike bike and sports bike. So it would seem the third bike is well justified blaming sportsbikes for his bin. I conclude that sports bikes are totally at fault and no blame should whatsoever should rest with the individual riders.

No idea, I wasn't on this ride and am not going to speculate. I can only comment on previous rides that have had no issues.
He says himself, he wasn't there & didn't see it, he got there after the fact. Not sure how his camera work can be a causative factor if he didn't turn up till after the crash.

Firstly, I was not there at the accident at all. I am not posting this to receive a whole lot of abuse or fame, just the facts.
It is human nature when you fuck up, you either learn and take the blame or blame someone else!
Just all remember that we don't go out on the road to have an accident, but we can take measures that can tip the balance in our favour. I have been riding NZ roads for over 40 years, and have come across some pretty shocking roads. When you ride it is dangerours, I as much as anyone know this from a serious bike accident which I can still feel after 30 years.
All you guys out there, remember this,
"If I arse up and come off, I was the one who put the bike there in the first place". I have also come off in conditions like this, It was my fault for not riding to the conditions and no one else to blame.
I feel for the riders that have come off, it is not nice to see another brother hurt, on his pride and joy smashed up.
Please everyone, stop this shit from happening again, and learn from it, and be man enough to not lay any blame.
NO ONE IS RIGHT OR WRONG, JUST A BIT MORE CAREFULL
Amen to that....well said Elvis.
Honesty, you should try it sometime. Stop hiding & being fake. Stop pretending to be better than you are, cause the people who REALLY know you, know the truth.
The rescue programme seldom would say more than multiple motorcycle accident ... and give Nick Smith another pat on the back ... for the well justified levy increases. His case seems well proved ...
SCU on the other hand ... but this one wont rate as a "serious" accident. A few broken bones ... a little lost blood, a few bent cruisers and a bent sports bike. Wait ... this COULD be serious ...![]()

Of the Mangatangi Volunteer Fire Brigade, St John's Ambulance and West Pac Rescue Helicopter Trust that I know personally for their assistance at this accident.
I was not part of the ride but after viewing video I knew that all those injured were in safe and capable hands.
Accidents happen I know I have been too hundreds in that same area in my 21 yrs in the Fire service.
Heal well and fast to those who were injured![]()
