    If I was you, I'd sit on each of those bikes and see which one "fits" the best.

    When I first sat on my gixxer six, it was like clipping on a body suit - it just fitted, damn! And that was that - I hadta have it...(nothing to do with the ludicrous power to weight ratio at all, no sirree!)

    Depends on the model year of the R6.

    I'd go SRAD or ZX6R myself, they tickle my fancy most.
    The CBR is stupidly reliable and a brilliant ride.
    The R6 is an awesome bike, but a bit more costly to pick up compared to an SRAD or ZX6R.

    The best advice is to ride anything you can get your hands on and go from there. You'll be surprised how much stats on paper mean fuck all when you're on the bike.

    Take your intended passenger with you when you are trying out new bikes, there is nothing worse than a bitchy pillion.

    Even 1 up the choice is obvious...
    Don't faff about with a 600. Peaky, yappy, no-torque things that they are...
    Get a 750 - almost identical size and weight. But the power difference? Well - night and day.
    Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    600 = good
    750 = gooder.

    There's no reason against it

    A gixxer 750 will outperform the 600 in every way. But, you don't need the extra power.

    Of the two options prvided, I'd go the GSXR. Why? - Because I'm heterosexual

    Definitely look at 750's and definitely ride lots of different bikes before buying.
