Just got it all back together after changing tyres, chain, sprockets, countershaft seal, thermostat and handle bars. Test ride tonight (no pressure).
Tell Off-spring I carry enough tools to rip it all apart again.

It's bloody hard to find one that hasn't rusted out. Guys restoring older CT90/110's are paying top $ for good aux tanks.

Whilst i do have one (in the stone like bag, precariously tied on with string to the rear of my road cone) it looks like the big dry is going to get a dousing this weekend, f the forecast is to be believed.

So reckon I'll head off from home (CHCH) about 1pm/2pm Tomorrow... give or take 'my time' (almost always late)
Straight down the black top this time. ETA 3 or 4pm @ the Gladstone.... in case anyone else has a similar thought and is thinking of looking for someone to ride with.

I'm sitting in the shade at the fairlie campground with a cigar and wifi. I have already caught up with some guys and all around are shiny and dusty bikes. I got caught in rain yesterday on the way to franz josef and froze most of yest and this morning. Its bloody hot here now tho. I will cruise over to the gladstone soon to see if the rest of matts crew have turned up.
