Well if we're going to do that, 294. With only one hand on the bars. Well 'bar'.

Because, to my knowledge, most only read to 299. Kind of pointless then with a thou
My 600 does about a million though, true story.

Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.

Exactly. Most 600c bikes now days are geared to reach very similar top speeds and are more than capable of getting their. The litre bikes all read to 299 unless you have aftermarket computers (I think a speedo-healer will over ride as well??) and will very easily get there.

Had my Keeway 250 supershadow to an indicated 135kph,
I think the speedo error is rather huge
Factory spec say it should top out at 118kph
but heck fast enough for me,

Sometimes you need a longer bit of road that 400m.
Also there seemed to be leaps and bounds in old tech vs new. My first road bike was 80's RZ250. It would hit about 150kph. Second was 98 RG150 which seemed to piss all over it.
I even raced my old bike just to prove I wasn't crazy.
RZ250's apparently good for 35hp. My RG after mods was dyno at 33 at the wheel.

But then again my RG destroyed it engine completely after 20,000. As far as I know the RZ was still on its first engine and just had new rings.
