    Awesome. I like the way he just threw his bike away - I'm gonna practice that.
    At the bottom of Codgers there was a mtb drop called Sphincter. For a while there everybody had to at least have a go at dropping down it. I sat on my bike at the edge for about 10mins psyching myself into it. I got almost to the end then landed on my head leaving an impression in the mud like the proverbial gorrilla biscuit mould. Didn't realise it at the time driving home but I was concussed.
    At what age do we stop doing stupid stuff like that? I'm only 46

    You do not need practice in that, I have witnessed you do it twice and if i was the russian judge you would get a "10".

    46 ? What... So I've still got a few more years of doing stupid shit left

    FWIW... Found out today I have 3 broken ribs too Might explain why it's a little uncomfortable when I sneeze
