I don't, I'm not claiming he was, nor am I claiming he wasn't.

I'll sharpen the handbag, will that do?

    Is that a fact

to which fast eddie replied that yes, he would have been okay with it if that was the case

why does that matter? you said that IF the cop used excessive force or gave him a bit of the slipper, and in doing to caused, or heavily contributed to his injuries, you would definitely be okay with that - there was no discussion as to why it occurred, you simply made a blanket statement that you would be okay with that cause/effect scenario, regardless of the circumstances.
Its easy to make a 'fuck him' type comment about some cunt youve never met, but now that a theoretical circumstance involves you, or someone close to you, you suddenly want to ask more questions, and consider the other factors and circumstances . . .
Fair call, you are however being a bit too logical for KB.
You're making sense, do a skid.

Havnt bothered to read the discussion but if he did get pushed off the fence and broke his neck then that crime certainly doesnt fit the punishment

You should probably read the thread then. He was made to climb the fence, failed, and is now a vegetable. Sorry, more of one.

    Ffs get the facts right.

He was driving along a fence, crashed into then pushed a cop over while being breathalised and is now probably disqualified from legging it.

What? I thought he drove in to a leg, copped it over the fence and disqualified the cabbage in the whiskey bottle?

Where the fuck do you guys get your facts from: The leg was disquaified for kicking the cop which broke the neck off the whiskey bottle that was cuffed to the cop having a pee over the fence which had cabbages on the other side. Red cabbages to be precise
    I didn't think!!! I experimented!!!
