    As a young Serviceman in the late 80's and 90's we use to have competitions...
    Bring back the ugliest Kangarillapig and or proof.... many a crate donated and never won...

    Further more he know all the traffic was stopped at the accident site. As far as I could see, he ensured there was 100m of road ahead at all times too.

    Remember, there is also a chance the camera sits lower than a person does in the car too.....
