I will maybe look at doing something to the muffler down the track, It is a hideous beast of a thing but for all that not particularly visible!
The Saron one I looked at looked like a homemade one. Styling wise I mean. It was loud tho!
I'll look into it for you mate...but I don't recognize the bike.

My mate had one of these and this is what he did....

    HMF slipon from Ebay
    PC5
    Eric Buell Racing ECU

In hindsight he'd have put an Autotone on the PC5. Cleaned it up no end.

Congrats on the purchase...right move indeed.

Recommendation for an exhaust? Barkers from ebay and an EBR ecm...will make the bike totally different.

Look at a saddleman sport or tech seat as well...

Give me a yell if you need any more info.........

PS also look at joining Buell riders NZ..great club with this year's rally at kawhia
Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead
Do not walk ahead as I may not follow.
Do not walk beside me as the path is narrow
In fact FU*K off and leave me alone

A couple of weeks down the track and I have struggled to find great riding time but have been out and did a 300km ride weekend before last. Bars are getting changed first and I will see if i can move the instrument cluster into my field of vision. Still trying to get it to run nice down low and have done a TPS reset to no noticeable diff. It is actually possible to do a TBS [throttle body sync] but it is not set up to have this adjusted easily but I know how much diff it made to my V strom so may persevere. I need to get e re-flash done to the ecu as well. It is still putting a smile on my face. Esp when overtaking.

If it hasn't has the ecu updated in the last year then you'll be surprised at the change.
