Must have been the altitude up there making it too rich.

    Scout Rd is now passable.
The tree is gone and the NordieBro Toyota Surf has been through twice...
Had to winch out of the river crossing though apparently.

Not that I've got any inside knowledge at all, but I don't know if I'll be doing the enduro or 6 hour.

Slippery, rocky, rooty, clayey, and steep.

Of the 2, I think the enduro in intermediate class would be the most... Fun?

Now cruising around the week after the race would be cool.

Seriously tho do you reckon it'd be a real wet push/ bike lifting scenario for those with a perchant for getting absolutely totally fricking stuck in every puddle? Long slippery uphills you think?

Hmmm maybe a post race ride would be safer

Long slippery uphills, long slippery down hills, long slippery flat bits.
With some difficult bits thrown in...

If I can move again, I should be there.

I don't think I've been more knackered after a ride.

Yeah. it's funny when it's not raining you don't think it would be as bad as it is when it is actually is raining. It may dry up later on & if it does I may squeak out for a short blat but I think todays club ride is off.

I will talk to the sponsors & keep the spot prizes for the next one. The championship points will remain as they were after the last round however the committee is still to rule on the protest against unauthorised modifications to the scroggin mix used by one particular rider.
