    Bought a house for my boys and I.
    The criteria was:
    - Bedroom for each of us (4)
    - Very little garden, preferably all concrete.
    - Workshop space with space for bikes being worked on.
    - Storage garage for all projects.
    - Double garage for working bikes.

    And that is what we now have! And the cars... they all live outside.

    No garage is ever too big-even Jay Lenos. I got a triple with 2 cars that stay inside[ because I like my cars] and 6 bikes...too small.....

    Back in the 80's in Sydney I had no shed, sometimes I would sneak my bike in to the lounge when the missus was at work....

    ( still have the bike...the mullet .....not so much)
