    My sand camp ride report...

Skittery off-camber gravel corners can be deceptive

Fortunately it's a bit of a girly break, and I may be out of plaster in as little as 3 weeks

Oh Bugger. At least they were able to accessorise you correctly with your toe nails.

    Accessorising is important
But it does clash with today's red 'I do my own stunts' t-shirt

Yeah, I have to figure out a steel-capped retrofit, otherwise I won't be able to play with my welder

They didn't see the fracture on Saturday, so until mid-morning Monday I thought it was a sprain, and I was trying to move it around and put a bit of weight on it. My heel felt very tender compared to previous sprained ankles I've had... and now I know why

It's pretty good now it's all tied up, I'm off painkillers (not that they gave me any ) and I can use my foot to steady myself.

And just for Eddie: Me looking all corporate and colour co-ordinated for work yesterday

Hi Rosie wishing you a quick recovery.

Your stunt t-shirt is great, are they available in size AIRHEAD?

    Thanks Andy.
The t-shirt is from Cafepress. I have no idea if their sizing goes up to AIRHEAD; you'll have to ask them.
