National Geographic had a "Megafactories" program on tonight that followed the development of the MV Agusta F3...very interesting, even for a bored old fart like me.
BUT. I'd sure like one of those for a week...so who's seen or ridden one, eh?

Might be an idea to wait untill year two, to see what the bugs and fixes are first.
Speed kills-just ask the rabbit......
The major bug facing MV Agusta is the worldwide failure by motorcyclists to get their name right. IT IS MV AGUSTA
And for the record there is no motorcyle manufacturer called March, June or October. Just like there is no Yuamaha, Huonda or Huarley Duavidson.
The poor low rev fueling bug was sorted within 2 months of release. I've done 12,000 trouble free kms in just over four months.
The 800 Brutale triple will be here soon and sounds like it will be awesome. Fortunately for me they are not bringing out a 800 F3.
It's comfy and frugal for a 600 sportsbike. It tours well. My best was 280km from a tank- a week of gentle riding and commuting mind you. At a more spirited pace I get 250 to 260km
On tour below and doing the sprints it did a 10.9s standing quarter in the rain and a true 254kph flying. Not bad for a three cylinder motor. The motor is a gem. The soul and character of the F3

I've not ridden a 675R but I wrote a long F3 review here and I owned the standard Daytona 675 for 3 years, so I'm well placed to compare.
From what I've read the 675R has the best suspension over most bikes and I am working on getting my F3 set up right. I'd say out of the box the F3 would be faster on a smooth track but it needs some suspension tuning if faced with bumps.
I prefer the F3 engine, brakes and ergonomics and looks. The F3 counter rotating crank does seem to allow for easier, quicker turns. It just feels lighter
