I do both .. a good rabbitt will give me at least three meals for me and the wife .. sometimes more ...
Roast the Rabbit - take back legs and some meat - two meals (one each)
Stew the remains .. with plenty of veges etc .. two more meals (one each)
Put the rest in a pie .. that will actually give us half a pie for one meal (a piece each) .. so two meals (two each)
So a good size rabbit can give me a total of meals for four days meat (eight servings) off one rabbit - great healthy food and real cheap .. the cost of a .22 shell (or a reusable arrow) plus vegies ...
