    OK so most people have said they would benefit from added training or coaching etc.

    So what barriers do you perceive to actually getting some? What would motivate you to sign up to a course or engage a coach?

    Convincing the other halve, finding time including getting to and from the location, committing in advance as family requirements often conflict outside commitments.

    No - I underrate it - and I ride like a nana on the road.

    The main thing preventing me from doing as much training as possible is :
    1) Cost
    2) Time (3 kids)
