My carpark session made me feel better. Clutch throttle and turn bars lol

Um, there are some back roads, but I don't go down there on my own because i'm not familiar with the roads. I usually take the most boring routes because I need to practice stopping starting etc. So uh...I pick the roads that are sprinkled with traffic lights lol.

If you're brave enough to do some more motorway riding, we could do Mission Bay?
    That is a long motorway!!!!

Toying with ones mortality shouldn't be this much fun.

You guys want somewhere nice and easy to ride on a day like this?...Taking in Dotcom Mansion for a photo op
    Ridge road is awesome.
The only thing I would say/warn you about is, watch out for pine needles at this time of the year. If you see any on the road, just take it easy.

Haha and to throw a spanner in I'll be coming from Mt Wellington.

How about meet about 4.30-5 around my area. Take the western to Zip. So we will get there just when she's ready. Then Henderson maybe mission bay then home via bridge (if I've got balls) or north west.

And hopefully traffic should have died down.

No problem just PM me where you want me to meet you
Becoming fearless isn't the point. That's impossible. It's learning how to control your fear, and how to be free from it.

If you decide you don't want to go over the bridge, then you can always go back via upper harbour I'll even do a loop over bridge with you!

I've done ridge road twice. It was hmmmmm an experience for a newbie. I was a bit more confident then. Thought I was invincible.

I hear what you are saying. Maybe we should organise a learner ride for the likes of you at some stage?
Riding with experienced people who will look after you helps tremendously with confidence.

That would be fabulous!! Juniper and I have been pootling along egging each other on. We both want to attend a SASS or NASS, but I think we're still pretty lemon at the moment. We also looked at doing the RRRS course together, but we're not going to make it for the May one, so I think we're aiming for the June one now.

Traffic on the motorway is funnnnnn!

I am busy tonight but tomorrow's weather is meant to be the same as today - Would anyone like to go out on a ride during the day sometime? Or are you all working 'professionals'?
