That was last week sorry, it was super busy, a big group had just ordered before we arrived so we headed back to the Little River Pub for a nice cheap yet good meal.
Steak, eggs and chips with no fancy stuff or greens for well under $20 can't be bad.

Sounds like it's Rangiora the long way round this week.

First regroup Chaneys before heading onto the motorway.
Then out through Rangiora, Loburn, Ashley Gorge. Second regroup just out of Oxford.
I will be bypassing Oxford township heading to Cust back to Rangiora for refreshments at The Blue Rooster.

Make sure you have gas in your tanks if your coming
Sounds like fun! Does seem like a big gap between regroups tho, should we have another as we enter Rangiora? Group usually fragments with fewer regroups. For me it's the riding with people that's the attraction, also good for newer/slower riders to be able to catch up.

Am happy to be Tail End Charlie

Not sure if I should take the bypass route or go through the township on the way out to Loburn.
We can have another regroup around Rangiora area if we need too.

So a good idea to regroup before we go in to Rangiora, so that everyone can follow, especially good for those who may not know the way.

Nope but some of the other riders might if your bike is unsafe i.e. has no current WOF. It's all about safety for everyone.

A WOF has nothing to do with the current safety of a vehicle. People have been known to pass a WOF and remove the mufflers and put bald tyres on straight afterward.

Why would anyone fit bald tyres to their bike? you might as well soak the tyre in oil...

I keep mine on standby but used theirs this time
Been doing some stuff i think you'd enjoy recently too. Going to be a bumper season with the Molesworth and hopefully soon the Rainbow open extra months. Are you getting any dirt time now days, or all sealed twistys?
